Abby Grace Edwards

Abby Grace Edwards, a former Stillwater resident most recently of Oklahoma City, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2014 in the OU Medical Center, Oklahoma City, OK from injuries sustained from an automobile accident on Saturday, April 12, 2014. She was 20 years old.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Stillwater, OK and will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 19, 2014 in the University Heights Baptist Church with Pastor Josh Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery, Oklahoma City, OK.
The daughter of David and Jonnie (Harper) Edwards, Abby was born on November 22, 1993 in Oklahoma City. At a young age her family moved to Stillwater where she grew up. Growing up Abby loved being active in tumbling and gymnastics but her passion was dance. She had even been a cheerleader at Stillwater Jr. High.
Abby had worked at the Perkins Restaurant in Stillwater and had moved to the Oklahoma City area in 2012. While living in the OKC Metro, Abby worked at several North West Oklahoma City On Cue Gas Stations.
Many will remember Abby for her infectious smile and for her love of spending time with friends and her daughter, Nyla. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Survivors include her 7 month old daughter, Nyla; parents, David and Jonnie Edwards of Stillwater; one sister, Rachel Lewis and her husband Jonathan of Seattle, Washington; maternal grandmother, Phyllis Harper of Bartlesville, OK; paternal grandmother, Donna Edwards of Edmond, OK; three aunts, Paula Edwards and her husband Sonny of South Carolina, Cheryl Laverty and her husband Carl of Laverne, OK and Anita Schlaht and her husband Kirby of Edmond, OK; one uncle, Danny Edwards of Scottsdale, AZ; numerous cousins and other relatives and friends.
Abby was preceded in death by an infant sister, Jenny Lee Edwards; maternal grandfather, John Harper; and paternal grandfather, Frank Edwards.
