Annalee Hedges

Annalee Hedges, age 87, of Red Rock, Oklahoma was born on February 5, 1923 to Richard and Opal (Meredith) Odom in Enid, OK and passed from this life on September 27, 2010 at the Perry Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Hedges grew up and attended school in Enid, OK later marrying Lon Hedges on September 24, 1940 in Enid, OK They have celebrated 70 years of marriage together. Her hobbies included painting, quilting, cooking, and canning. Mrs. Hedges was know as one of the "Three Musketeers" which included; Sybil Scholz, Annalee Hedges and Willene Mornhinweg. She was employed for a short time at the Prucha Implement and also worked at the Noble County Election Board. Funeral services for Annalee are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Ceres Christian Church with interment in the Grace Hill Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Ceres Christian Church or to Judith Karman Hospice c/o Perry Funeral Home 203 E. Fir, Perry, OK 73077. Mrs. Hedges is survived by; Husband Lon of the home. 2 children; Tom Hedges of Tonkawa, OK, Jan Harris and husband David of Grainola, OK. 3 Grandchildren; Jamee Mortenson and husband Dale of Great Falls Montana, LeaAnn Theurer and husband Matt of South Haven, KS, JoLyn Becton and husband Travis of Bettendorf, Iowa. Great-Grandchildren; Tyler Robert, Haley Lynn and Kylie Ann Mortenson. Jacee Janelle and Kelly Marie Theurer. Kate Elizabeth, Lexi Elaine and Ally Becton. She was preceded in death by; her parents, 1 son; James Richard Hedges, 2 brothers; Richard Odom and Kenneth Odom and 1 sister; Ruby Root.
