Cecil Paul Osborn

Mr. Cecil Paul Osborn passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2007 in Stillwater, Oklahoma at the age of 69 years. Cecil was born February 5, 1938 in Flippin, Arkansas to his family Erala and Gondola Marshall Osborn. He took Miss Jocille Ann Ham as his wife in April of 1991. Cecil served his country faithfully in the United States Army. He was a carpenter by trade and a member of the Carpenters Union. He loved to supervise and work in the garden. Cecil loved his grandchildren and drinking coffee with his buddies. Although he is no longer with us his memory and legacy will be kept alive through the family and friends he leaves behind which include: His wife of the home Jocille Osborn, 1 Son: Michael and Peggy Osborn of Stillwater, Ok, 2 Step Sons: Davis Sneed Jr. and Chad Sneed both of Stillwater, Ok, 1 Daughter: Debbie and John Hampton of Glencoe, Ok, 2 Stepdaughters: Debbie Meeks of Stillwater, Ok and Julie Fagan of Perkins, Ok, 1 Brother: Eddie Osborn of Stillwater, Ok, First Wife: Lois Osborn Hillhouse, 9 Grandchildren and 1 Great Granddaughter. Cecil is preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers: Loyce, Lawrence and James and 1 Sister: Joyce. Funeral Services will be held 1:00PM, Monday November 5, 2007 at Palmer Marler Carberry Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Aaron Cole officiating. Interment will follow at Glenwood Cemetery in Perkins, Oklahoma. Luncheon will be served 11:00 AM, Monday November 5, 2007 at the Masonic Lodge.
