Doris Jean Lore

Doris Jean Lore, age 80, of Stillwater, OK was born on April 13, 1930 to Chester and Effie (Pruitt) Ferguson and passed from this life on September 30, 2010 at the Stillwater Medical Center, Stillwater, OK She grew up and attended school in the Bessie and Cordell, OK areas. She later married Rellon V. Lore on Feb. 3, 1951 in Camp Polk, Louisiana. Her hobbies included; computers, reading, bowling and crossword puzzles. She was a member of the Stillwater Moose Lodge. Graveside services for Doris are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Lore is survived by; husband Rellon of the home. 1 son; Rellon Van Lore, Jr. and wife Susan of Maurice, Louisiana. 3 daughters; Debbie Nobles and husband Farrel of Altus, OK, Kim Sampler and husband Gene of Oklahoma City, OK and Tina Johnson and husband Gregg of Coyle, OK. 3 sisters; Alberta Chappell of Connecticut, Christine Strecker and husband Dale of Bakersfield, California and Eloise Hanson and husband Larry of Mt. Pleasant, Arkansas. 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by; her parents. 1 grandson; Specialist Sonny Gene Sampler.
