Gary Lee Staley

Gary Lee Staley, 59, departed this earthly life to receive his heavenly reward on July 19, 2021, from a motorcycle accident. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021, from 9:00am to 8:00pm with family greeting guests from 6-8pm. Funeral service will be at 2:30pm on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Dighton Marler Funeral Home of Stillwater. Interment will follow at Glencoe South Cemetery in Glencoe, Oklahoma.
Gary Lee Staley was born September 1, 1961, in Perryton, Texas to Donald E. and Velma Jolane Staley. Gary graduated from Moore High School in 1979. After graduation was a skilled machinist. He did everything highly trained and was particular at anything he was doing. He enjoyed being on a lake and riding his motorcycle. He was a sweet and loving person to his family. He could make you laugh at his little antics and words. He was currently employed with Tinker Air Force Base.
Gary was preceded in death by his mother, Velma Jolane Gardner, and both paternal and maternal grand parents.
Survivors are his father, Donald Staley and companion Deanna Larue of Glencoe, Oklahoma, his son Brandon Lee and grandson Liam of Richmond Texas, brother, Donald W. Staley and wife Carolyn of Newcastle, Oklahoma, uncle Joe Staley of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Aunt Carol Gattenby of Garland, Texas, his sons’ mother Luana Staley- Jones of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and many cousins and friends.
