Herbert Erwin Wyckoff

Herbert Erwin Wyckoff, 95, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at his home in Marland, Oklahoma. Graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 10:00am at Red Rock Cemetery in Red Rock, Oklahoma. Dighton Marler Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
Erwin was born on October 20, 1926, in Kay County to Herbert Allen and Maude (Ellis) Wyckoff. He grew up around Marland and went to Birdsnest and Three Sands Schools. He married Mary Dolores Ingmire on June 6, 1948. He and Mary were blessed with three children.
Erwin was a lifelong farmer and was the definition of a hard worker. Erwin and his father helped organize and build the Tonkawa Farmers COOP, he also was a founding member of the Blackwell Livestock and Auction Company. He served on the Marland School Board and was a big supporter for 4-H and FFA. Erwin enjoyed fishing when he had time. He was well liked by everyone he knew, and nobody ever had a bad word to say about him in the Marland community. Family was very important to Erwin, and he made sure that they were always taken care of.
Erwin is preceded in death by his wife Mary Dolores Wyckoff, his parents, and his siblings, Harold Wyckoff, Doris Wilkins, Bob Wyckoff, Leon Wyckoff, and Tom Wyckoff. He is also preceded in death by his grandson, Christopher Partee, and Great Grandchild Zoe Partee.
He is survived by his children, Donald Wyckoff and wife LaDonna, Mary Kay Partee, Herbert Wyckoff and wife Angela, his grandchildren Courtney Partee, Seletha Wyckoff, Cammie Wyckoff, Donald E. Wyckoff, Joseph Wyckoff, and Erin Wyckoff, as well as his great grandchildren, Ethan Fast, Riley Fast, Ella Wyckoff, Lilyan Wyckoff and Emily Partee.
