Memorial services for Jeffrey Scott Richards Jr., age 27, of Perry, OK are scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jim Matthews officiating. Jeffrey was born on July 28, 1981 to Jeffrey Scott Richards Sr. and Jamie Marie Layton in San Bernadino, California. He grew up and attended school in Perry, Oklahoma. He attended church at the Lighthouse Christian Center. His hobbies included; fishing, computer fishing, baseball and baseball card collecting. The highlights of his life were his son and family. Jeffrey was a wonderful father and person. Jeffrey passed from this life on December 27, 2008 at the Perry Memorial Hospital.
