Misty Dee Mayfield

Misty Dee (Stewart) Mayfield, 45, of Perkins passed away on April 2, 2012 at her home. Services have been entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Perkins and will be held 2:00 P.M. on Friday, April 20, 2012 at the funeral home Chapel (304 N. Main) with Reverend Michael Dunn officiating.
Misty was born to Anita (Wheatley) Wright on August 28, 1966 in Wynnewood, OK. She grew up in Sulphur, and eventually came to Stillwater to attend Oklahoma State University before settling in Perkins. She enjoyed all sorts of crafts and cross stitching. Misty was a thoughtful lady who always tried her best at anything she did. She will be remembered as a caring woman who would welcome anybody into her home.
Misty leaves a legacy in her four children, Michael Mayfield and wife Heaven, Nathan Mayfield, Jordan Mayfield, and Angel Mayfield, two brothers Justin Wright, and Michael Stewart, and two grandchildren Aiden and Tristan as well as a host of friends.
