Funeral services for Peggy Leana Osborn, 32, will be held at 10:30 A.M., Saturday March 20, 2010 at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Stillwater, OK. Burial will follow at the Glenwood Cemetery northeast of Perkins, OK. Services are under the direction of Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Stillwater.
Peggy was the daughter of William H. and Sherry J. Harwood. She passed away March 15, 2010 after a valiant five week fight with illness. After graduation from Stroud High School in 1995, Peggy attended the Emergency Medical Technician program at Central Vo-Tech School. She worked for two years at Cushing Regional Hospital in the emergency room. Peggy married Michael J. Osborn on June 7, 2003. After their marriage, Peggy found her true calling as a stay at home wife and mother to their son Owen Harwood Osborn, age 7. Her love of family and home was central to who Peggy was.
She was preceded in death by: her grandparents William H. Harwood and Anna Mae Harwood, Foster F. Johnson and Peggy H. Johnson, and her father-in-law Cecil Osborn.
Peggys love survives in the memories of her husband, son, parents, two sisters: Jacqueline Berryman and husband Riter, and Christa Young and Cris Van Pelt, two nieces: Brianna K. Young and Michelle Smith, two nephews: Brayden K. Young and Kyle Smith, her mother-in-law Lois Osborn, her sister-in-law Debbie Hampton and husband John , numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Pall Bearers are: Jerry Austill, John Payne, Kevin Johnson, Harry Morean, Luke Boyd, and Luke Schatz.
