Phyllis Moelling

Phyllis Moelling, 81, of Lucien Oklahoma passed away May 13, 2017 in her home. Arrangement were entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Perry. A Memorial service was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at the Lucien First United Methodist Church. Phyllis was born August 29, 1935 in Lucien, the daughter of Arthur and Lela (Conrad) Moelling and an adopted child to the entire Lucien community. Phyllis was a quiet person who loved cats and all kinds of small animals; she loved receiving birthday cards and could tell you exactly how many she received each year. She had a remarkable talent for remembering dates " if you told her your birthday once, she would always remember it! She was a loyal friend, and never forgot a kindness done. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, the Reverend Eldon Moelling. She is survived by her sister Donna Beckner; her sister-in-law, Mary Moelling; nieces, sherry Ashley, and Carla Berry and husband Lance; nephew the Reverend Kirt Moelling and wife Sharie and their sons; and niece Kelsey lacey and husband Dane and their children.
