Raymond Eugene "Gene" Hauf

Raymond (Gene) Eugene Hauf, 78, passed away Saturday, October 5, 2019 in Stillwater. A celebration of Gene's life will be held on Saturday October 12, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Dighton Marler Funeral Home in Stillwater.

Gene was born in Fairfax, OK on January 23, 1941 to Raymond Elmer and Irene I. (Neeley) Hauf. The family moved to Stillwater, OK in the early 50's, where Gene was groomed to take over the family business, Hauf Auto Supply. He married Joyce "Jo" Frame on July 24, 1960 and to this union two sons were born. Together they worked the family business for over fifty years till its closing in 2009.

He is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters; June Hauf, Rosemary Brumley and Elizabeth Whelan. He leaves behind his wife, Jo and children; Rick (Kelly) Hauf of Stillwater and R.B (Anita) Hauf of Edmond. Four Grandchildren; Jenna (James) Martin, Jillian (Travis Perry) Hauf, Jessica (Zach) Ruckman and Joshua Hauf. And seven great-grandchildren.
