Richard Perry, Jr.

Richard Gerald Perry, Jr. 60, passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 14 from 9am to 8pm with family greeting guests from 6-8pm at Palmer Marler Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 2:00pm at Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater. Interment will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery. Palmer Marler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Richard was born on March 6, 1957 in Denver, Colorado to Richard Perry, Sr. and Jane Alice (Dennig) Perry. Richard grew up in Denver and went to Adams City High School and graduated in 1975. Richard married Donna Jo Brown-Stolns on March 6, 1982 in Denver, Colorado.

Richard was an avid car guy, he loved slot car racing, drag racing and nascar. He enjoyed camping, boating and trout fishing. Richard owned A-1 Septic Systems for over 23 years. He loved to spend time with all of his family and friends.

Richard is preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Perry.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Jo Perry; children, Steven Stolns and his wife, Holly, Ryan Perry and his wife, Tara; six grandchildren, Stephanie, Samantha and Sylus Stolns, Emilia, David and Ethan Perry. He is also survived by his parents, Richard, Sr. and Jane Perry as well as two sisters, Paula Kay McGee and Michelle Perry, and his nieces and nephews.
