Carolyn Louise Helms

Carolyn Louise Hamilton Helms was born on April 6, 1939. She attended Edmond Public Schools and graduated in 1957. On October 24, 1958, she married Robert Wayne Helms and they were married for 60 years. She was active in her church and enjoyed playing the piano. During her lifetime, she owned two businesses and was involved as a political activist as well.

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Wayne Helms. She is survived by her three sons: Derek Helms of Plano, Texas, Lance Helms of Cairns, Australia, and Cole Helms of Wichita, Kansas. She was also the proud grandmother of four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
