Deborah Ann Brown

Deborah Ann Brown, 73, passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at her home in Perry. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 28, 2022, from 1-8pm with family greeting guests from 6-8pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 10:00am at Dighton Marler Funeral Home Chapel in Perry, Oklahoma. Interment will follow at Grace Hill Cemetery in Perry.
Deborah was born on July 13, 1948, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Herald M. and Gloria B. (Kemnitz) Hopkins. She grew up in New Orleans and graduated from Ben Franklin High School in 1967. She married William Michael Brown on April 5, 1969, at the First United Methodist Church in Perry, Oklahoma.
Deborah had many talents and hobbies. She loved doing crafts and her favorite was stained glass. Her favorite color was purple, and her favorite flowers were daisies. Deborah was a math teacher in Perry for over twenty years. She loved her students and loved teaching kids.
Deborah is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Rod Hopkins.
She is survived by her husband William Michael Brown, her children, John Brown and wife Casie, Jeffrey Brown, and wife Trina as well as her grandchildren, Hanl, Hailey, Jarred, Bailey and Kalyn.
