Passionate, smart, funny and extreme, George Michael “Mikey” Hall went fishing with the best fisher of men on Friday, July 21 at the age of twenty-five. Mikey was the baby of two families. He was the youngest child born to Dickie Hall & Angela Burpo with older siblings Amanda, Tyler & Kat. He became the baby of his second family when he and Kat joined James, Regina, Jonathan, Zach & Logan. Mikey was raised primarily in Perkins and attended Perkins schools. He accepted Christ at the age of 10 and was a member of Tryon Christian Union Church. In 2022, he married Jennifer and became a stepdad to Izabella, Juliana, Alana & Lucas.
Mikey loved fishing, noodling, treasure hunting, playing cards and learning about history and anything to do with the great outdoors. He was a person of contrasts – he had deep faith and no boundaries. He was charismatic, crazy, stubborn and a know-it-all. He could make you laugh and want to strangle him within a 5-minute span. He was one-of-a-kind, deeply loved by his family and he will be truly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer and stepchildren Izabella, Juliana, Alana & Lucas of Yukon. grandparents Jim Hall (Kingfisher) George & Sandy Hurst (TX) and John & Sue Logan (Muskogee); parents James & Regina Hall (Perkins), Dickie & Lori Hall (Watonga) and Angie & Kenny Burpo (Kingfisher); siblings Amanda Ward (Fairview), Tyler Hall (OKC), Kat & Kathan Trivedi (OKC), Jonathan & Shaleen Cleary (Edmond), Zach & Kendra Hall (Stillwater), Logan & Erin Hall (Suisun City, CA) and a slew of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by two grandmothers, Polly Hall and Jeanne Adair.
