Henry C. Noll III, 78, of Stillwater, Oklahoma, passed away on September 10,2025. Henry (“HC”) was born on May 10,1947, in Phoenix, Arizona, the son of Jacque and Henry Noll II.
He grew up in Mesa, Arizona, where he discovered his passion for rodeo. Together with his father, he helped run the Dos Caballos (2C) Ranch at the base of the Superstition Mountains, where he excelled in steer riding and calf roping, earning championships throughout the Southwest.
In high school, HC continued to shine as an athlete, winning the State Championship in High Hurdles during his senior year. His talent carried him to Oklahoma State University on an athletic scholarship for track, where he also became a proud member of the Lambda Chi fraternity. After graduation, HC moved to Ponca City, Oklahoma, where he began his career in real estate. Over the years, he built a reputation for his leadership and integrity, where he served several roles including President of Ponca City Board of Realtors, and was awarded the status of Realtor Emeritus for his 40 years of service before retiring. After retirement, he and his wife Marilyn settled in Stillwater, where HC enjoyed what many would call the best years of his life—surrounded by family, friends, and cheering on his beloved Oklahoma State Cowboys.
HC also served in the U.S. Army Reserves, a point of pride in his life. Outside of work and service, he was known for his love of the outdoors—whether tending the yard, fishing, shooting, or simply soaking up the sun. He was also a skilled cook, famous among family and friends for his chili and smoked ham. Above all, HC will be remembered for his humor, warmth, and charisma.
HC is survived by his wife, Marilyn Jerome Noll; his sons, Henry C. Noll IV (HC) & mother Jana Smith, Christopher Overstreet Noll and mother Julia Brown, Todd Jerome, and wife Vicky Jerome; his sister, Judy Noll Hogen; his nieces Elissa Kronwald, Megan Swiatkowski, Emily Gallegos and his beloved grandchildren Peyton Noll, Nora Noll, and Sunny Noll. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Noll II and Jacque Noll, and his sister, Jacque Lee Salamy.
As was his wish, no formal service will be held. The family will honor him in their own time and way. We will forever cherish the love, laughter, and memories HC brought to everyone around him.
