Judy Ann Harper passed away peacefully this Sunday morning, May 29th, at her home in Stillwater. She was 60. With respect to her Jewish faith a graveside service will be held this afternoon for Judy in the OTOE-Missouria Cemetery in Red Rock, Oklahoma.
