Kenneth Wayne Jackson, 60, passed from this life May 25, 2022 at his home in Cushing, OK surrounded by his loving family.

Kenny was born September 30th, 1961 in Arcata, CA to Odell and Anita (Pennington) Jackson. Kenny grew up with his two siblings Russ Jackson and Heather Rupert. Although he never had children of his own he very much enjoyed his nephews and nieces. Kenny purchased his first home in Cushing, OK in the year of 1999 and lived the duration of his life in Cushing, OK.

Kenny worked many jobs throughout his lifetime. He worked at two different sugar mills, one at California and one at Texas, Stegner Grains in Idaho. Kenny started his own business being K & R Mobile Home Delivery and Setup and ended his working career delivering papers for the Stillwater News Press.

Kenny enjoyed many things in his life such as riding his Harley Davidson around, traveling, trying out new food joints, spending time at the coast as a child and attending many concerts. Music was a big part of Kenny’s life. Kenny loved to host and cook for friends and family, so much that he would drive a 5 hour round trip just to get fresh prawns from the gulf to bring home and cook for everyone to enjoy. Kenny was a collector of all things antique and enjoyed decorating his home with all of these neat antiques he would find. Kenny was loyal to his friends and family members and will be greatly missed by many.

Kenneth Wayne Jackson will be laid to rest in the Parkland Cemetery beside his parents.

Survivors include his siblings, Russ Jackson of Morgan Hill, CA, Heather Rupert and husband Jeff of Tryon, OK; nephew, Travis Jackson(Britney) and their children Travis Jr., Payton, and Cole; nephew, Logan Jackson(Jamie) and their children, Jacob and Lyla; and nephew, Wade Jackson; niece, Ashlee Crane(Jon) and their children, Xander and Ryker. He was preceded in death by his parents, one niece Carady Rupert, one sister-in-law Summer Jackson.
