Parker Grayson Brown, a beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away on June 1, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 30. Born on October 31, 1994, in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Parker grew up in a nurturing environment filled with love and support. He attended Stillwater High School, graduating with the class of 2013, where he was known for his kind spirit and compassion towards others.
Parker's personality shone brightly throughout his life. He was a gentle soul who had a remarkable ability to connect with people. His kindness was evident in the way he doted on his friends' children, always bringing smiles and laughter to those around him. Parker’s love for family was profound; he cherished every moment spent with them, particularly enjoying gatherings that brought together his cherished family.
A man of faith, Parker attended church with his mother and held steadfast beliefs in our Lord Jesus Christ. His faith was a comfort and grounded him through life's ups and downs.
His adventurous spirit led him to embrace traveling and seeking new experiences with his brother, Zachary Brown, and friends. Whether it was a weekend getaway or simply hanging out, Parker lived each moment to the fullest extent.
Parker leaves behind his devoted mother, Shelia, his father, Larry, and his loving brother, Zachary. He is also survived by his aunts Teresa Vassar, Mary Dawn Vassar, Carol Brown, Shirley Brown, and Betty Lou Scrivner, along with uncles Bill Brown, Jerry Brown, and Carl Brown. Parker was fortunate to have a host of cousins: Lily Listerman, Tanner Listerman, Pam Gould, James Brown, Troy Brown, Becky Burton, Christopher Scrivner, Martin Scrivner, and Christy Matheson, all of whom will remember his warmth and kindness.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Allan and Mary Vassar; paternal grandparents, Clifford and Helen Brown; and his uncle, Jim Brown. Their memories will forever echo in the hearts of his family and friends as they gather to celebrate Parker's vibrant life.
A funeral service will be held in Parker's honor on June 12, 2025, at 10:30 AM at Sunnybrook Christian Church, located at 421 East Richmond Road, Stillwater, OK 74075. A graveside service will follow at Tryon Cemetery on the same day at 12:00 PM, at East Highway 105, OK 74824.
Parker Grayson Brown will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to inspire those fortunate enough to have known him. His kindness, compassion, and zest for life will never be forgotten.
