Phyllis Janette Chase, 81, of Stillwater, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Stillwater Medical Center. Arrangements have been entrusted under the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Stillwater. Family has requested for a cremation and no service at this time.
