Raymond Najib Habiby, 94, formerly of Stillwater. passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2016 in Dallas Texas. Arrangements are under the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 10:00am at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
