William A Ulchar

William Anthony Ulchar, 84, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2009 in Stillwater. Private family services are to be held. Services are under the direction of Palmer Marler Funeral Home.
William was born December 28, 1924 in Franklin Square, NY. He entered the U.S. Navy at an early age and served this country for four years from 1941 1945 on the U.S.S. Omaha. He was a longtime resident of Ponca City, working at Smith-Gruner and Evans and Associates.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara L. Brown of Stillwater and Kathi Best of Danbury, CT; one sister, Dot Ulchar of Ponca City; and two grandsons, Chris and Randy Best of Danbury, CT.
The family requests no flowers. Memorial donations may be made in Williams name to Grace Living Center or Judith Karman Hospice.
